White villages tour from Ronda

Private trip to Setenil, Zahara and Grazalema

This tour is designed to enjoy the highlights of the most beautiful white villages near Ronda as we ensure comfort, avoid crowds and enjoy a delicious local meal. The trip itinerary is as follows:

we'll start in Ronda heading north, driving across local farms and dehesas. In around 25 min we'll be arriving to Setenil de las Bodegas. We'll visit Setenil into detail, allowing a nice walk across its beautiful miradores -vantage points-. We'll enjoy a quick coffee in an iconic cave-house in a picturesque street by the river.  Zahara de la Sierra is the smallest and busiest village, so we'll prioritize the views from and to the village rahter than a longer walk as we did in Setenil. We'll see its impressive fortress from downtown and enjoy outstanding views over Zahara's blue lake. From here we'll take a scenic road that will take our breath away. Once we arrive to Grazalema we'll head directly for lunch and afterwards we'll enjoy a little guided walk around its narrow white streets. After knowing the history of Grazalema's most famous bandolero we'll head back to Ronda as we drive along a magnificent Cork Oak forest.

Timing

You choose when to start. The earlier, the better to avoid crods. We advise starting not later than 9 am, but we addapt to your needs. Depending on the starting time, we will choose the place where to have lunch. We prefer to avoid weekends. If it has to be a weekend though, we'll propose an earlier start -and breakfast on route-.

Meal

We collaborate with local establishments offering quality local gastronomy. We'll advise on nice local places for lunch according to your needs and our timing. As an idea, a traditional 2-course menu costs around 15 € each.
